Puzzle Wood with the X100s

Last year I took a trip to Puzzle Wood in the Forest of Dean, a place I'd apparently visited when I was younger but had forgotten all about until I saw it appear in a little known film called The Force Awakens.

A source of inspiration for J. R. R. Tolkien's Middle-earth in The Lord of the Rings novel, Puzzle Wood has been used as a location for a number of films and TV shows. As a big Star Wars fan, I had to pay another visit to where Rey and Kylo Ren meet for the first time.

The ancient woodland buried in the Forest of Dean has a magical feel. It's easy to see why it's become a popular location for filming.

I've been meaning to update my website for some time and, as usual, I've been neglecting my blog. So to kickstart it again I thought I'd upload these photos. The light was quite tricky to control but the place gives you a very good opportunity to get some gorgeous images. Hopefully I did it justice.

If you can I highly recommend paying a visit to Takodana...I mean Puzzle Wood. See the official website for further details.
